Description
Rental Agreement Age Requirement
In the past issues have occurred with drivers of carts being under the age of 18. Our rental agreement states: “No one under the age of 18 is permitted to drive carts.”
All drivers of carts must be able to present proof of age and meet all other agreement requirements.
Any cart found driven by anyone under the age of 18 will be taken without a refund.
Additionally, carts are not allowed to go outside the main gates of the Georgia National Fairgrounds.
These rules are not intended to be rude or disrespectful to anyone, and are only put into place to keep everyone safe. We deeply appreciate your cooperation in helping us make this event safe, fun, and enjoyable for everyone.
***ALL CARTS MUST BE RETURNED NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM OF LAST DAY OF RENTAL***
