Golf Cart/UTV Permit THE RUBY BUCKLE AUG 19-23, 2026….MUST HAVE PROOF OF INSURANCE ON UNIT PERMITING

In the past issues have occurred with drivers of carts being under the age of 18. Our rental agreement states: “No one under the age of 18 is permitted to drive carts.” All drivers of carts must be able to present proof of age and meet all other agreement requirements. Any cart found driven by anyone under the age of 18 will be taken without a refund. Additionally, carts are not allowed to go outside the main gates of the Georgia National Fairgrounds. These rules are not intended to be rude or disrespectful to anyone, and are only put into place to keep everyone safe.
